In doing some Google research, I have come across interweb facts stating that coffee amongst other things can contribute to the problem I am having. NOT COOL! I have tried to cut down to a cup a day to see, but this blows!
I switched to Green Tea a long time ago.... Is Gremlins coming out of your *** yet? Do they want to be fed after midnight? Chicken?
I only have time to do about 2 sitz baths a day. But it has been working. The hemi itself seems to be under control. Not much pain during movements and all. But now the battle has turned towards an overall irritated area. I'm cutting out prep h wipes and all wipes the best I can. I think doing so much and applying so much has made the area irritated. I'm adding baby powder and extra baths and cleansings. Even got me a dedicated *** drying towel. I have a lot of hair in this region too, I'm debating shaving it, but I fear that may cause more irritation. But all the hair may trap moisture too. Hell of a quagmire. Yeah this may be TMI.
