We all gave our words on a handshake deal to take place March 1st, well not sure why Im surprised but they have went back on their word.
Classless move IMO and I wont be voting for that team for anything, nor will I do buisness with them, I stopped fielding offers for players and even took a couple of guys of the block.
Integrity means nothing to these guys who were hinting I would not be a "man of my word" now look at them...losers.

I had hammered a deal out with them to send them Andre Johnson then they traded a valueable part of the deal, Matt Jones, behind my back...

but we held out on many deals as well for henderson and our 8th overall....this is my first time doing this leauge....im sorry we went back on our word....but roddy white was a big pick up to add with boldin and MJD plus we keep our 8th overall for either a package to trade down for more picks (god we need picks) or draft a good player...

What sucks is I worked out a deal for the #8 pick they were gonna trade me so now I have to balk on my word. These guys are truely a peice of work and honestly I didnt expect it from Sickfinn. :pity:

BTW: To the team I had a deal in place with, all you have to do is read this and you will see I did not B---h out of the deal, I wouldve lived up to my end but obviously these guys have screwed me and essetially OUR deal. Just remember that when it comes time to vote for "best GM"

I understand how you feel, but in 2 days it wont really matter to you. I thought my world was going to end when they traded Matt Jones behind my back, but turns out all things work out in the end I got a better offer from the Browns...
I even was able to work a deal out with them after they traded Matt Jones behind my back. Like I said before this stuff does happen in the NFL so it is somewhat realistic.
Also I believe they are both new GMs, so this type of thing should be exspected. Also it hurts them sometimes, I would have given up more than what they got for Matt Jones so that trade hurt them IMO.

Personally if I'm in talks with more than one team about the same players I let both teams know right off the bat. If I give my word on an offer that is the deal, unless of course I tell you that I plan to continue shopping the player in question.

I don't want people to have personal vendettas with each other over a game. It's what it is, a game. You can think of it as life, but it's not.
Things like this happen in real life, it has already happened to me once. It wasn't by Sick or 124, but someone else. But I'm willing to deal with it because it's not a life or death situation.
