Drew Brees mother commits suicide

Wow! Shocking and sad. Tough loss, even if they weren't close.

 

Holy crap. Not trying to be funny but I thought it was from a mina heart attack.

More props to Brees for accomplishing what he has without a good relationship with his moms.

the bit about wanting the family to have closure is bull IMO. I would think the family had an idea what happened without some reporter bringing it up again three months after the fact.
Don't know if the reporter is just dumb, inconsiderate or thinks he works for the National Enquirer.
Just bad taste to me.

Really too bad.
He is and always has been an absolute class-act.
I am pulling for the Saints to possibly win it all....if its not us that is.

Sad. A real shame to be driven to that point, God grant her peace.

 

Drew Brees' Mom has tried to sabotage her son since he came into the NFL some 8 years ago. He has tried to distance himself from her for the hateful things she's said and done to him.

Either way, it's still sad. She was obviously a very troubled woman.
