Not a PC gamer and I skipped ahead from point to point in the video. Is that how the game will look on consoles too? Graphics are fantastic.
Not that level of fidelity, no. The purpose of the demo (which I don't believe contains FF15 assets, it just appears to be the Crystal Tools engine running on Windows 10 with original art assets) is to show off improved graphical effects and system performance through the DirectX12 graphics API. Basically, PCs will now get similar low-overhead development tools as consoles have had for years, so now PCs will (theoretically) take a leap forward in performance or graphical fidelity.
