Anyone try this system yet?
Gotta say, for a linux distro, it's really really well designed. I put it into my 7 year old machine, and it runs absolutely beautifully. Since I got the Office suite on wine, MS Windows is just about dead to me. My girl is a fan now too lol.

Piker, think Puppy on a Dell Lattiude 366 from 1999, runs fine really
As for Elementary, really is up to the user, to really get to know an OS you have to use it for a couple of weeks, not a fan of lots of M$'s sorcerer's ways.
In college had to run virtual box to run Orifice 2010 for classes b/c M$ said I did not have a valid license and could not re-install even though I had the proper license.MikeHoncho likes this. -

Oh yeah, with Linux, even on old boxes, as long as you can run Chrome you can still watch Youtube stuff, way I see it if someone steals it they probably need it more than I do!
