What do Henne, Bess, Hartline, Smith and Davis have in common? All four have less than two years of experience. Henne is in his first season as a full-time starter, and Hartline, Smith and Davis are all rookies.
This team is being built for sustained success over a long period of time, and, as Sunday showed, if these young players continue to develop, Miami has a good chance of competing for playoff berths for many years to come.

Awesome article,thanks for sharing. I do feel that our Fins are being built the right way and the future looks bright. So far many of our young players have shown promise from Henne to the secondary. I feel our future is in good hands with them and the current management. I expect to see us compete in the future, the foundation our young players are building so far looks solid.

Nice article. They should have gone a little further if they want to list all players with less than 2 years and added Langford, Merling, Long, and Donald Thomas. They are all major contributors as well.

I agree. I want to see more of Chris Clemons though. He is going to be great.

Yes exactly,I was going to mention him but I threw him in with secondary. The few times I have seen him play he has some hope. I do want to see about Patrick Turner also and I want to see more from Hilliard also.

Even though he hasn't played well enough according to the coaches to play on Sundays, I believe he can be a great player and a true threat at receiver for us.

I applaud the Coaching Staff and FO for keeping this team competitive despite all these injuries.
