Some guys just dont want that leadership role. It doesnt mean they dont love the game; it means they just dont feel comfortable in that role for whatever reason. I cant agree with Bobby Ross on this unless he can give a specific instance because you cant play this game for more then a decade with about of work it requires and punishment you take, excel at it, unless you love it to some degree.
