I find it hard to believe someone who has done as much as Parcells has in this league has to worry about not getting in, just Armando meeting another "quota" for another easy payday.
I can see his point.. how if he fails here it would hurt his reputation a bit, but with the resume he's built over his career, I dont think he has anything to worry about. He'll get in regardless. Maybe not right away, but he'll get in.
While it shouldn't matter what he does here, as he'll be voted on as a Coach, but he WILL turn this franchise around, and that will only add to his vote count when he DOES get in. On the first ballot.
I really believe that number one, parcells LOVES this new role hes in for our franchise, number 2, he is highly motivated to turn this team around, this is a man that is definetly cognisant of his legacy. I think he will be here at least the 4 years that he is committed to if not more, why not, he lives here now, his family is here and football will be in his blood til they day he dies. We all should be grateful he chose our team to become his challenge and mission.. We will reap the benefits of this football genious.
I agree. The thing is if he fails to succeed here, I don't think it will affect his reputation because of all the achievements that he has in his career in the NFL.
The Tuna can pretty much stamp his Hall of Fame induction. This is not like the guy who coached the 49ers to the Superbowl, and then went to Carolina and pulled off a 1-15 season before he got fired. Bill has been at or near the top for 20+ years.
