Countless users have been reporting freezing problems and floating exclamation marks (!) in the Downtown area after the bridge... among other issues.
Some people have said that this may be an isolated issue for early downloaders (some have reported seeing download sizes which vary, from 300MB to 600MB, which suggests something must have messed up in the uploading process).
Others have suggested installing the game on the HDD, but that doesn't seem to be an absolute solution since the problems still surface. Other suggestions like re-downloading the DLC haven't worked out yet either.
