Bowie and Crosby is my fav "classic" Xmass song. But fav all around is the 12 pains of Christmas. When I get home, I'll look for it on you tube.
I'm partial to 'Merry Christmas Baby' by B.B. King, but unfortunately it's unavailable on youtube. I'd be glad to send anybody a copy if you pm me with an email address.

My favorite christmas songs are the ones that aren't playing. I guess working in retail my whole life has desensitized me to christmas songs and christmas in general.

well, since I recently busted out my Christmas CD's...I was wondering what are some of the Phins' faithful favorite Christmas songs. Mine would be... Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band - The Little Drummer Boy Stevie Nicks- Silent Night Tom Petty - Christmas All Over Again Eurythmics - Winter Wonderland Bruce Springsteen - Merry Christmas Baby The Pretenders - Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas EDIT: I forgot there was a music section...mods can move it if they feel it's necessary.
i am not a huge Springsteen fan, but i absolutely love his version of Santa Claus Is Coming To Town. every time i hear those jingle bells ringing at the beginning of the song i smile. also love two of Josh Groban's Christmas songs; "Believe" from the Polar Express, and "O Holy Night." Both are very moving to me. i also really like everything on Amy Grant's Christmas albums.
Brian Culbertson's CD "Soulful Christmas" is pretty good. Brian jams on the piano. It has Paul Jackson Jr, Lenny Castro, Warren Hill, Nathan East, Peter White, Eric Marienthal, Brian Bromberg, Michael McDonald, and others on it. It is done in a very nice soulful jazz beat.
