I dont think I recall seeing more chewed up fields set up for Bowl games.....its sad.

Some of these fields are only for BOWL games - or they have WEEKS if not MONTHS to prepare them, yet they are horrible.

Turf is loose, or slick as all get out...crazy.

I have watched 3 or 4 games already, but this PSU vs. LSU game is just real bad....I appreciate weather, but I have also watched bad weather games where the FIELD is built to handle it. Its not like this year is anything special weather wise.

Is this just me? I feel bad of these kids that have to play a BOWL game on such a sloppy field.

They are switching to fieldturf for a reason next year in Orlando.

The field that PSU/LSU are playing on hosted all the Florida High School state championship games over the past couple weeks leading up to today

So many near interceptions and drops in the LSU/PSU game.

Is it always in this condition?

Shame, the Orlando field was horrible too.

And the FSU WV game guys are slipping all over with their cuts, etc.

Never saw this much loose turf ever.....

its like every field is Heinz Field! :wink2:

It'd probably take our 1st rounder.
