seahawks and over - this one scares me a bit. in that i think the saints win and the seahawks are the worst team playing. but i think they'll hang around and cover. think the saints defense is very vulnerable to passes to the running backs and i think seattle can exploit that weakness

colts and under - just think the jets offense is crap and colts coming on a bit as they get healthy

section will be seen drinking jack daniels over under 6 shots i take over

A perfect setup in the NBA, with a missed opportunity.

I called the Denver game on this Heat road trip as a spectacular opportunity to bet on Denver ATS, because Vegas has lost their minds trying to keep the Heat Bet bandwagon honest.

So Denver is still a great spot since it is a B2B on the west coast at the tail end of a long road trip against a good team, and Miami is getting TOO much respect from the oddsmakers. The only drawback is that Lebron hurt his ankle and is a gametime decision, and on a B2B, you gotta think that SPO sits him to have him ready for Chicago on Saturday.

Then you have the "shorthanded" factor, which is that teams when they play shorthanded for one game, usually play very hard and the roll players usually step up. That could spell doom for a Denver bet. So I am line watching on this one and looking for a price. Then you gotta parlay it back onto Miami vs. Chicago. Take the Heat in that one no matter what. The last game of a road trip is usually the only one that is gameplanned for extensively, and Wade should be sky high for that one, and honestly...The Heat has owned Chicago the last 2 years and oddly enough, Mario Chalmers of all people has defended Derrick Rose very well in the past, going back to college.

But this is the opportunity lost. The clippers were a obvious play based on this...east coast teams with more than 2 days rest on a west coast trip are 4-13 the last 2 years, included there are 3 losses by Boston, Orlando, and Orlando again. So this trend was one that was given to me yesterday, and I blew it off...big mistake.

 

I am really busy today...I would appreciate it if you guys can post the lines you are getting online for the Denver vs. Miami game tonight.

My proxy is pulling the game because of LBJ being a gametime decision.
