#1 Detroit Lions Jason Smith- The Lions take notice on the Jake Long pick and agree thats a good starting point.
#2 St.Louis Rams Eugene Monroe- The Rams have drafted defense alot latley and it hasnt really worked out, with Pace gone LT is a must.
#3 Kansas City Chiefs Aaron Curry- The Chiefs have a bright future with Pioli in town and drafting Curry gives them the type of impact player they have missed since the tragic death of Derrick Thomas.
#4 Seattle Seahawks Matthew Stafford- Hasselback has been a very good QB when healthy but he is getting old and its time to groom a young guy.
#5 Cleveland Browns Brian Orakpo- This might be the most obvious pick in the draft, the Browns pass rush is laughable and Jets backups wont do it.
#6 Cincinnati Bengals B.J Raji- They want Andre Smith but can they handle another PR hit? Raji can become the force upfront the Bengals sorely lack.
#7 Oakland Raiders Michael Crabtree- Crab's opting to get surgery sends him tothe black hole...the ultimate punishment.
#8 Jacksonville Jaguars Mark Sanchez- Garrard was not nearly as good in 08 as 07 and since the Raiders took Crabtree they will look for a QB.
#9 Green Bay Packers Everette Brown- The Pack's switch to the 3-4 needs some rushers badly, Brown could be a real find at nine.
#10 San Francisco 49ers Andre Smith- Singletary thinks he can handle the talented but high risk Tackle, might be a good place for Smith to learn how to be a pro.
#11 Buffalo Bills Aaron Maybin- The bills pass rush has been non existent and they cant give guys like Brady and Pennington time to throw.
#12 Denver Broncos Malcolm Jenkins- Bly is gone and Bailey is declining, this was a tough one because LB is a huge need also.
#13 Washington Redskins Brian Cushing- the Redskins need an OLB and Cushing might be their best option.
#14 New Orleans Saints Vontae Davis- The Saints continue to look for some DB help, Davis can be as good as he wants to be so this may be a steal.
#15 Houston Texans Jeremy Maclin- Perfect compliment to Johnson as Kevin Walter is not the long term answer.
#16 San Diego Chargers Rey Mauluga- The Chargers can take the BPA and is it me or does he just seem like a Charger?
#17 New York Jets Tyson Jackson- Ryan is very happy to see this guy fall into his fat lap at 17, nice pickup for the Jets.
#18 Chicago Bears Michael Oher- What is up with Tait?? Oher is very good value at this point.
#19 Tampa Bay Buccaneers Josh Freeman- The Tampa QB situation is not a good one. They have to reach.
#20 Detroit Lions Robert Ayers- Detroit got their OL anchor with the #1 overall, Ayers is great value for DET.
#21 Philadelphia Eagles Derrius Heyward-Bey- T.O without the baggage right??
#22 Minnesota Vikings Max Unger- Could replace Birk or realistically play anywhere on the OL besides LT.
#23 New England Patriots Chris Wells- My nightmare of Buckeyes being obtained by divison rivals gets worse.
#24 Atlanta Falcons Brandon Pettigrew- Another target for young stud Matt Ryan, White stretches the field and Pettigrew works the middle.
#25 Miami Dolphins Alphonso Smith- MY pick English is there and so is Groh's boy Sintim, but since we are getting Barwin at 44 we address a big need.
#26 Baltimore Ravens Darius Butler- Who is really left after the many CB departures?? Ravens gotta compensate.
#27 Indianapolis Colts Larry English- The Colts pass rush could all of a sudden get real scary.
#28 Philadelphia Eagles Peria Jerry- If you have been watching the Eagles have been getting ran over alot lately, when your in a division with that much talent at RB you gotta counter in a 'Big" way.
#29 New York Giants Hakeem Nicks- Burress is not reliable and the G-Men take a need that may also be the BPA.
#30 Tennesee Titans Ron Brace- The loss of Haynesworth has to worry the Titans but big Brace could lighten the blow.
#31 Arizona Cardinals Knowshon Moreno- Obvious need here Moreno can be a weapon out of the backfield for the already electric Cardinal offense.
#32 Pittsburgh Steelers Sean Smith- They lost Mcfadden and Smith is the big physical type they seem to like.
I welcome all naysayers this is what makes the draft fun the debates. :hi5:

I would think Evander Hood will go before Brace, at least to the Titans a 4-3 team. And the Colts taking another undersized lineman? I dunno about that either.
Good mock overall though imo. Like Seattle taking a QB, I think they could be a big wild card in the draft depending on who falls to them.Fin-Omenal likes this. -
Very nice mock IMO.
Do me a favor though. DONT use that Green Bay Yellow anymore... My eyes are now dripping down my cheeks... :pity:
AND, I dont know about Connor at 44, but if he is still there at the 56, Cmon down Mister Barwin :up:Fin-Omenal likes this. -

Sorry bro, wont happen again. -

If we take Tyson Jackson I'm going on a murdering rampage.
Enough is enough.
The Jets are going to take either Heyward-Bey, Nicks or Freeman. Make sure that is the Jets pick in every single Mock Draft on this site foward, I assure you the Jets will go no other way unless of course Thomas Jones is traded and in that case it will be Knowshon Moreno or Beanie Wells. -
I would much rather the Pats get Beanie than the Jets....atleast they throw 70% of the time, you guys would run him right down our throats and I would HAVE to hate him. -

given how sparano made a point of saying that we plan on getting bigger and stronger, drafting someone who is all of 5'9" with our first pick would piss me off. The only corners I think are worthy of #25 are Jenkins and Davis. If they slip to us, we gotta take one of them. Otherwise, I believe we take the biggest baddest mofo available.
-
Im 5'9.....:tantrum:
I see your point shouldve considered that, I just figured best corner available. -
-
So, if they don't choose one of those three players, what happens? :shifty: -

i dont think larry english is still 1st round material after his average workout
