So, Final Fantasy Tactics was announced for iOS back at E3, but it got buried underneath the flood of Kevin Butler videos, I guess. Purportedly it had a release date of September 15, but… Damn. Well, at least we still have the trailer, which is basically just the PSP version’s intro with an iPhone frame. LOVED FFT on the PS1. Played the hell out of that game! Just got it for PSN a bit ago as well... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
This appears to be a port of the PSP version, which was much improved over the PS1 original. The new classes are pretty good, the extra characters are useful (well, maybe not Balthier…), and the script is so much better. Here’s hoping they’ve solved the in-battle slowdown. Seemed to be a product of a rushed PS1 to PSP port.
