Final Four Kansas (winner) San Diego State BYU Kentucky Major Upsets Oakland over Texas Utah State winning all the way to the Elite 8 (yes beating Pitt - they always choke) Missouri over Cincinatti Belmont over Wisconsin Washington over North Carolina in Round 2 UCLA over Florida in Round 2 Arizona over Duke
Have you lost your damn mind? UNC didn't play too well against Duke or in the ACC tournament in general, but before then they had been playing pretty well. Biggest concern is their depth, if the right player gets in foul trouble then they're in trouble. Jokes aside it is possible they lose to Washington but I think they make it to the Elite Eight and then lose. That's about as objective as I can get.
I don't think Oakland is a underdog anymore. EVERYBODY I know is taking them as a upset..including me. They got a ready made NBA big man...Keith Benson. Benson is a year in the weight room away from being an effective NBA Big...He can get them a couple of rounds into this tourney.
Moves, you didn't put any money on your upsets did you? My bracket is in rough shape, the only upset I got correct so far was VCU over Georgetown. Hoping some of my later picks come true so I can make up a little ground.
Yeah I'm a fan of Brad Stevens and either him or Shaka will be coaching a team in the Final, that's good stuff. And of course my man Henson (pictured to the left) got in foul trouble and I just had to be right once. I hate UNC lost but my head told me that even though they had enough talent to beat anyone, that they were an Elite Eight team and wouldn't make it to the Final Four. I thought it would be to Ohio State though and I figured Duke would lose in the Sweet Sixteen, but thought Texas would be the one sending them home and not Arizona. After watching first round games I immediately wished I could redo my picks concerning Kentucky and UConn and here they are. Far as brackets go all of mine are done. My mom has a bracket currently in the top 1.5% though with UConn taking the title.
