Probably reported by Chris Broussard I dont think you can trade a player after you resign him...unless I am missing something. may need an official ruling from Griddles and Greg on this.
You can trade a FA that you signed, only if you franchise or tender a player they can be moved, that's if no one outbid you for them.
pretty sure that should be "can't"... as GIK says, only a retained RFA, ERFA, UFA (via tag) can be traded after the fact.
