sadly it really has nothing to do with coaching. ST is all abou the depth you have on your team. You're ST are made up almost entirely of the 11 guys on the tail end of your roster, so if you're decent at drafting, ST is usually made up of your 5-7th round picks.

 

I'm sorry but I can't support a head coach who enjoys field goals as much as Tony Sparano does.
