Figured we could use one whether we are talking about bicycles, sneakers, wraps...what have you.
Reason I started this now, because I just picked up wrestling shoes to weight train in. I used to train in running shoes, but noticed that the cushiony soles are being compressed too much and proving unstable when I do the heavy compound moves...especially squats/deadlifts. I picked up Dan Gables. Two reasons, 1. they are well reviewed, as well made and thus should last. 2. They almost kinda look like regular sneakers.
anyone else lift in specific types of shoes. i know chuck taylors are popular too, but i'll take the extra ankle support where i can get it.
