I bookmarked it to my delicious account so this time I won't lose it. Seems like a guy who knows what he's talking about so all you fitness people hop on the get healthy train. With the guy constantly eating and pounding down Scooby snacks left and right, I always wondered how he stayed in such great shape...now I know.
Scooby is a great lifter and teacher. I have followed his You Tube videos for a couple of years. Listen to his advice
