    He finally built team chemistry in the locker room , you could visibly see it. This would be just awful. He has failed to find a NFL OC but he’s done a good job overall…The fact Grier is safe is just insane. Ross is a complete idiot if this is true.

    This is a tough organization to cheer for sometimes. This makes no sense. This is a playoff team if Tua doesn’t go down or Grier doesn’t neglect our OL.

    does this mean Harbaugh is a real thing?

    Ross must be the worst owner in the NFL .Too keep Grier is unbelievable. He must have some damning evidence against Ross.

    This is tough.

    But I keep saying to myself. As good as this team rallied, how did they get so bad very 2 months? Coaching has to own that.

    Sure Tua was out, but the defence was putrid. That has to land on the coach's lap as well.

    Coaching didn’t ignore the OL in FA and draft a QB who can’t stay healthy. If Tua was healthy this year, I think this is a playoff team. That’s ALL on Grier.

    Yeah I don't like this move very much. Really liked coach Flo but I think his inability to build an offensive staff was his undoing. Surprising that Grier keeps his job after blowing pick after pick on the offensive line. Maybe 2 serviceable guys on the oline , Hunt and Maybe Eichenberg.

    I think this is bad.
