With the economy , the price of Florida condos are maybe at an all time low. The Canadian dollar is now above the US dollar , so ... a buying opportunity.

Ideally looking in Orlando area or maybe Ft . Lauderdale , I do have a sister who lives full time in Orlando , so I can take advantage of that in some ways , but would like to know if anyone has a good , trusted contact in the real estate business for a contact.
