I plan on watching the game tonight ... I think it's going to be a good matchup of two very different QBs.

I don't know if I've got a favorite, really, though I'm kind of leaning Gators right now.

    Who else is watching?

Hey, she didn't sound bad, lol.

If Oklahoma loses, does that mean Texas has chance at claiming a portion of a championship somewhere, lol?

I'll watch, but FL is going to kill OU, happens every BCS season.

I guess the players to watch are Caldwell, Spikes and...who?

    Caldwell?

I would watch Iglesias (WR, sp?), Bradford, Loadholt, and the G for Oklahoma (can't remember his name at the moment).

Hernandez (Te), Harvin, Louis Murphy, and Tebow I guess for Florida.

I think this game may be closer than a lot of folks think ... Oklahoma can score points with the best of them.

Auston English is a guy to watch, although I'm not sure if he's playing or not.

Dominique Franks, # 15 Cornerback, is a guy whose my favorite player thus far for next year. Big fan of his.

Nic Harris is another guy to watch.

I thought the hit was early.

Bradford is so calm in the pocket. Stands like an I and displays great pocket presence. Pinpoint accuracy.

Horrible no call Wright should have been flagged tackling before the ball reached him.

Oklahoma averages roughly 80 plays on offense per game and played in a conference that lacks defense. I think they will score 28 tops.

There's that pathetic defense you're talking about. Big gain for Florida on third down.

It looks like both teams go 5 wide, but the Gators can still bring some pressure on Bradford, so far OU hasn't been.

There's Nic Harris. Good closing on that ball. He's a nice talent but he needs to calm himself down when playing. He gets fired up a lot and makes stupid penalties as well as does a lot of trash talking.

Great throw by Tebow. Quick decision, didn't stare down his WR, tremendous arm strength on the throw, proper footwork. :shifty:

    Yeah, stared him down.

He's a really nice talent IMO. I like him a lot because he can stretch the field. He's not necessarily a very fast guy but he can big up yards in chunks. He needs to work on his blocking and he needs to show more focus -- he tends to drop the easy passes while he makes the difficult ones. You'll see him make a crazy catch in which he tips the ball up and then hauls it in with one hand. Then the next play down, he'll drop a pass that hits him right in the hands in the back of the endzone. Leaves you scratching your head.

The question that will be asked with both is if they can block good. Gresham is more of an interference blocker and is solid at it IMO. I find him to be underrated in that department. As Boomer once said, "he's no Brandon Pettigrew" but he is a solid blocker who can get the job done for the most part. I haven't seen Coffman block at all. In the end, they're both pure pass catchers.

Yeah, I would take Pettigrew over both of them if I'm looking for a TE that can both catch and block.

Yeah but then you look at Pettigrew's issues and you go, "should I make this pick?"
