Not seeing what all the hype about Bradford is. He is a good quarterback but not worthy of being picked in the top 10.

I actually don't. I think he's more ready for the NFL because he's in a pro-style offense and he's taken snaps under center. However, he's inconsistent and has some accuracy issues. He's not a better player than Sam Bradford in my opinion. This game wasn't the prettiest one for Bradford, just peaking over at the game from time to time, I noticed that he stared down his receiver.

Do you think Matthew Stafford is worthy of a top ten selection?

The only thing he has going for him is just a big arm. He is very inaccurate, something like 50ish % completion, and doesn't make good decesions when flustered. But the pro scouts always get so hyped on a big arm....remind you of anyone that isn't doing so well in the NFL right now (Russell)

In Bradford's defense those picks were more the WRs fault than his.

I think the one in the endzone was his fault as well. He stared down his receiver and there were three Gator defenders around him because of that I believe. I'll have to check but I think that's how it was. The other one, Iglesias dropped it straight into the DB's hands.

I thought it was a good game tonight ... surprisingly low scoring.

Tebow overcame early jitters to win the game, but Percy Harvin was the MVP tonight, IMO.

Enjoyed it, though I don't personally care for either of these teams, or their coaches.

Speaking of Harvin, pretty crazy that he benches 405 on that frame of his. He's probably 200 lbs. max.

Nah he is pretty damn accurate even throwing down field. Those INT's were not his fault tonight.I believe he is the better prospect between him and Stafford IMO.

Btw Gerald McCoy will be a top 10 pick in next years draft if he declares. I can't wait to see him next season.

He never looks great. Every time I watch him play I think, "man, this guy is overrated". Strong arm, no doubt. But he has a lot of talent to work w/ and never really wows me when I see UG play.

The problem I have with Stafford is he does not seem to want it. Or at least have that 'it' factor. The best QBs seem to come to play and play their best in big games. Does not seem to be the case with Stafford. I think he just reads too much of his own press and does not work hard enough. AT least that is my guess.

If you ask me he has never had that chip on his shoulder and wanted to be the absolute best. He just gets by with his strong arm. He has not got much better since he was a freshman.

Did anyone else think that the announcers and the production of the game in general was just gawd awful.
The man love they were showering on Tebow was kinda of creepy.
Other than that, I actually thought the game was pretty good. It was clear neither OU or Florida played their best games, but my guess is based upon this limited sample of 1 game, that Florida beats OU 3 out of 5 games.

    The "it" factor.......

God knows I hate the Gators, but I can't help but love Tim Tebow. He has "IT" and then some. Just one of those people that is an ALPHA all around. He not only wills himself to a win, he also makes others around him better.

I don't know where he will play as a Pro......RB or QB or maybe a TE (???? Has anyone discussed that ?) but all I know is the kid has won on every level, had won a championship on every level, and I can tell you this I WANT HIS BUTT ON THE MIAMI DOLPHINS !!!! I don't care where he plays just as long as he is a Dolphin. My nightmare is seeing him in.....ta da......a New England Cheatriots uniform. God Please don't let that happen !!! :tantrum:

I think most of that comes from the long layoff you have in BCS football. If you watch Playoff Division teams in the NCAA you see that they are much more crisp in their play, because they have at most a one week layoff before playing their games.

Just my opinion, but I think its a factor.

I saw a piece with Jimmy the quitter on tv and they asked him if TT would make it in the nfl. He said ten years ago no, but today yes.. he them said "I wish I had him, I'd love to give him the chance to play qb".

I think Jimmy is right and that all those people who are saying Tebow can't make it are failing to recognize how the NFL is evolving.

Thom Brennaman is one of my favorite announcers. He also did the Boise State Oklahoma game.
