Mark Sanchez in middle school. No, it's not a doctored photograph, as far as I can tell. So says the guy who uploaded it to TheDirty.com, Sanchez was well liked, the class vice president, and he used to come to school in womens clothing every once in a while, presumably as a joke, and people would call him Mary Sanchez when he did it.

The website btw is not dedicated to the NFL or athletes, it has a section for them but it's basically a site where people upload incriminating pictures and get to write a paragraph about why they're uploading, then the site admin adds his own little note at the bottom. An example is a chick found pics of a naked girl on her boyfriend's phone, evidently he was cheating on her with this girl, and so she sent the pics to TheDirty and a note about how the girl is a skank, etc.
