Eh, I don't buy into their ranking system, I do think they are quite correct about a Rookie Qb underperforming even Favrian levels last season, add in a Rook HC and a 31 yr old disgruntled Rb and things could be unpleasant in Joizy this season.

Sean Payton picked the Jets to make the playoffs today in his fill-in for Peter King on Monday Morning Quarterback. Its interesting how opinions are polar opposites.

The show is based in NY, no way they bad mouth the Jets chances unless they start out 0-7 or something...

FO is interesting and not what I expected, the Sanchez v Favre comparison, or Sanchez vs a Typical Rook Qb with his many games under his belt I can see, but the team as whole underperforming surprised me.

What show? Sirius NFL Radio? They do their fair share of Jets bashing.

As for Sean Payton, he wrote an article for Sports Illustrated, filling in for King's weekly Monday column. This was not on a broadcast. If you don't think Peter King bashes the Jets at every single opportunity he gets, you're mistaken. This is probably the first positive Jets thing I've seen on Sports Illustrated since Chad Pennington's 2002 emergence.
