He thinks Andy Dalton is the real deal, dynamic personality on the field with an excellent skillset..He was talking a lot higher then projected by most..1st, 2nd round was being thrown around..
There have been three QB's that I have hitched my wagon to all offseason...Ckap..Dalton...T Taylor..I'd like to aquire 2 out of the three.
I hadn't found to many that shared my enthusiasm til now... Dalton imo, fits the skillset that I, and it seems that our regime, covet..
QB athleticism and funtionality are excellent, has the ability to execute the responsibilities that the position requires with sharpness, quickness, and accuracy...There are 0 hitches in this mans motion, it is pure, and it is quick..Smart cat with good intangibles..Really led a noname school to a powerhouse in his 4 year career, and ascended his play every year..
Kid has the makeup to be successful..
and he does have a private scheduled with us.

Chad Henne Jr is what I see with this guy.
-
he would need to put some weight on, but I think he's talented enough.
-
I'd rather have Gabbert, but I was pretty impressed with his knowledge of X's & O's and how he handled himself when he was interviewed by Mooch on NFLN during the combine. Kid seems to have his head on straight. He could be a bargain if he falls into the 3rd or 4th round.

Our uniform would look great on him

dj ... we are right on par with CKap and Dalton .... those have been my 2 from the start ... IF we went that route. Dalton at 215 worries a little, CKap isn't exactly huge either -- but both could easily put on 10+
