Has anyone ever heard of a law stating that women and children cannot be evicted from their home in the dead of winter? Appreciate any assistance.

 

Thanks BD. Do you have any links to home repossessions by banks? I've searched everywhere. We own the home that's being foreclosed upon and sold at auction.
