The Dolphins’ continued quest to find someone willing to play running back for them has led to a guy who isn’t quite ready to run.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, former Texans running back Arian Foster is visiting the Dolphins Tuesday.

He doesn't even patch anything, the guy might be able to play 2-3 games.. and then what, we have Ajayi with a questionable knee, and what else? Enough already, draft Elliott or Henry.

So let me think. Texans let him go. Signed our RB to replace him. And we get better by having him on our team???
One of these things is not like the other one. -

Playing Devil's Advocate here...
I didn't troll the Seattle Seahawks fan sites but I wonder if many of them said some of the same things about Marshawn Lynch's signing from Buffalo that's being said here about Foster.
Just saying, that's all. -

Suspect the point behind a Foster signing is he would pick up the scheme quickly and help in pass protection.
-
So apparently he is not healthy enough to play now but it doesnt hurt to do our due diligence for when he does get healthy which will be approx mid season.

What in your opinion would it have taken to get him back 4/28? Do you think he would be worth such an investment with the teams cap issues?

1. We have a history of not drafting well, and when we do, we mis-use and lose the few talented players we do draft.
2. The available options are a pretty clear down-grade from what we had with Miller.
It's frustrating to see this team whiff so much in the draft, and then not be able to keep its rising stars. We burned 2 high picks on CB's in one draft for Pete's sake and they're both starting for other teams.
