Dude if it was drinking and driving the poster would be scum not to report that.

I think it was something less.

 

Just trying to break things down. Something illegal that people can argue who it is affecting. The person doing illegal drugs only hurts himself unless he has like a baby there with him.

And looking at the scale of crimes i would say drinking and driving is on the lower end. Unless he has photos of the guy speeding or jaywalking.

 

Drinking and driving is not a low end crime. Anything that impairs you and increases the chance of killing an innocent person isnt low end to me.


I really don't know what it is, but I hope its not drinking and driving.

 

How could you have time to take a picture while drinking and driving?

Unless there was a beer helmet involved then I don't see how it was possible.

how can you tell someone is drunk driving from a picture? unless there was an alcohol bottle in the picture.....
