Franchise player Albert Haynesworth

Franchise player Albert Haynesworth wasn't in attendance as the Titans began their offseason conditioning program Monday.

Players are ineligible for the program if they're not under contract, so Haynesworth cannot attend until he signs his one-year franchise tender. The program spans 14 weeks. Haynesworth says he's working out on his own.
