HB JAY AJAYI, 91.0 OVERALL GRADE
A big time performance from a team that really needed it. If the line gave Ajayi a hole, he victimised Atlanta at the second level. And if they didn’t he more often than not made something happen anyway with 96 of his yards coming after contact. He is without doubt the foundation of this offense and the Falcons defense simply was not physical enough to slow him down.

EDGE CAMERON WAKE, 88.6 OVERALL GRADE
Isn’t Wake supposed to be slowing down at his tender age of 35? Tell that to Ryan Schraeder who was mercilessly worked over with the full compliment of what Wake is capable of. He ended the day with two sacks and five hurrieswith five more recorded wins as he worked over the returning right tackle with an array of speed and power moves (two of his pressures coming on bull rushes).

CB CORDREA TANKERSLEY, 78.8 OVERALL GRADE
Maybe if the ball doesn’t land in the arms of Reshad Jones, people aren’t talking about Tankersley after the game. But the grade wouldn’t change as the rookie third-rounder continues to make a mark after being forced into action earlier than most anticipated. Three games and now three pass break ups for a player who may have been the 16th cornerback off the board, but who we (patting ourselves on the back prematurely) figured should go a lot earlier.

With the struggles the Dolphins offense had against the Titans, it would seem easy to blame the offensive line. However, this would be unfair, as the offensive line managed to get movement in the run game. In the passing game, the unit only allowed five pressures on 28 dropbacks.

LB KIKO ALONSO, 91.9 OVERALL GRADE
KIKO ALONSO STOOD OUT IN A GAME THAT WILL NOT EXACTLY BE REPLAYED OFTEN. ALONSO WAS A FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH, AS HE ALLOWED ONLY 18 YARDS IN COVERAGE ON FOUR TARGETS AND RECORDED 6 DEFENSIVE STOPS INCLUDING A SACK.
S RESHAD JONES, 90.3 OVERALL GRADE
Reshad Jones’ smart play of running the fumble for the touchdown in the first quarter ended up being the difference maker. He was also a force in the run game, recording three run stops on 20 running plays.

PERFORMANCES OF NOTE:
QB MATT MOORE, 71.8 OVERALL GRADE
Filling in after Jay Cutler went down in early in the third quarter, Moore made a number of big throws down the stretch in the comeback win. Moore consistently gave his play makers a chance to make a play on the ball, finding Kenny Stills on a corner route versus an all out blitz for a 28-yard touchdown, and connecting with Jarvis Landry on a 29-yard back-shoulder throw, setting up the game tying touchdown. On the day, Moore was at his best when the Jets did not blitz, going 11-of-13 for 143 yards, a touchdown, and a 138.1 passer rating on such throws.

WR JARVIS LANDRY, 86.7 OVERALL GRADE
No matter which defenders the Jets matched up on Landry he managed to have success, catching passes on five different defenders on a multitude of routes. Landry was targeted 10 times total on the day, catching seven passes for 93 yards and touchdown. Landry’s had two clutch plays on the final game-tying touchdown drive, catching a crossing route and picking up big yards and leaping over a defender in the process, followed by a nice back shoulder catch that set up the game tying touchdown.

DI NDAMUKONG SUH, 84.7 OVERALL GRADE
Suh was his usual, dominant self in the middle of the Dolphins defense all game. Against the run, he consistently blew up plays, despite not making any run stops. His run-defense grade of 87.2 shows just how unblockable he was for the Jets offensive line. He was no slouch in the pass game either, as he recorded a sack, a hit and four quarterback hurries on 28 pass-rushes.

EDGE CAMERON WAKE, 84.4 OVERALL GRADE
It was a big game for Wake, as he managed to rack up three sacks rushing the passer. He also had three quarterback hurries, and drew a couple of holding penalties with his pass-rush. He got those six pressures despite only rushing the passer 18 times. His pass-rushing productivity score of 29.2 for the game is very impressive, and he led all players in this game with an 86.3 pass-rushing grade."

• The Miami Dolphins got a big game from edge defender Cameron Wake in their come from behind Week 7 win over the Jets. His game grade of 80.3 was his third consecutive game with a grade above 80.0.
• Wake was incredibly efficient rushing the passer in this game, racking up seven total pressures on 18 pass-rush snaps, with three of them being sacks. His pass-rush productivity of 33.3 was the highest among edge defenders this week.
• Looking at the season as a whole, Wake is defying age with his performance, currently grading as the 11th best edge defender in football with a grade of 86.8. He has arguably been the most productive edge defender league wide this season and has the highest pass-rush productivity among edge defenders at 17.1.
