Regardless of rule 9, you also can NOT exceed cap or nimber of bids

 

Which I did Unintentionally and I caught it.

 

I by no means trying to single you out I just can't go out and reply to every team that did it. Its just a rule and The GM league has not been very forgiven to others with rules.

Yes But you can cut otrher ppl to get under cap. If someone makes other bids cause of another bid that was retracted does that player get to retract every bid they made?

Well, for the record, I HAD to retract cause I had more than 10 at one time.
Of course, that changed within about 1 minute of me retracting.
I imagine we will get a commish ruling pretty soon, but I also commend E for coming clean. He couldve kept going and we probably never would have found out.
