awesome I cant wait... love futurama.

 

Great News! I Love Futurama! But, I do wish that they would just bring it back as a series.

 

Maybe it the "movies" do well they will bring it back. I hope to god they go to tbs and replace that tyler perrys show its on all the time..

 

Yeah. Thats one cartoon I def miss.
I also miss The Critic and Dr. Katz. Critic marathon was on last weekend, very happy...
IT STINKS!

 

I loved the Critic. Jay Sherman lives on in all of us...but mostly me.

As for Futurama. I never watched the show much during its initial installments as I think Groening almost intentionally torpedoed The Simpsons staff and having the more talented writer's on this project.

However, I did watch the show a lot on DVD and re-runs and love it. I would love to see this come back and replace Family Guy, which to me, is unwatchable.

 

I used to love Family Guy and I was excited when it came back, but it just doesn't do it for me anymore. Its past its expiration date. there's only so much you do with that. Futurama, though, you can anywhere with that show. And its funny without trying too hard like Family Guy has since it came back, its smarter.
