The dairy isn't good for you. Pea/Rice proteins are becoming the better choice. Try getting off whey and notice your abdomen will be less bloated below the belly button.
Loved Kosher salt til I discovered grey sea salt. Even better though, check out "Real Salt" mined from ancient undergorund seas.
I used to eat powdered garlic. powdered lemon, etc til I started using fresh everything. No comparison. More effort though.
No Jews in Scotland. The last one left when he was accused of hiding the Loch Ness Monster under his kilt.
... man if Corp plays I'm taking the Texans -3. Hell... I might even do it now before the line moves..
Omar Kelly @OmarKelly 29s Dolphins TE Kyle Miller is wearing a uniform. He's sat out the entire week of practice. doesn't want to get released without giving it a go
BATON ROUGE FOOD (per Chowhound, which I trust) No Steakhouse recommendations (except Ruth's Chris). Here are other places: Also... http://www.yelp.com/search?find_des...+Rouge,+LA&ns=1#find_desc=steak&sortby=rating Juban's, Fleming's, Ruth's and Stroub's ranked highest for Steak.
Better than gray sea salt is the white stuff on top, fleur de sel. Also Maldon gets good ratings. I loaded up on Fleur de sel while in France since it was so cheap. Fresh, briny, light. Finishing salt though. I use Kosher or regular sea salt for cooking.
I get the whole carmelization thing, I just usually cook my onions separately. Never as part of the burger. I'm going to have to try this. Good to see you back around. Not much up, adjusting to married life, working, gearing up for another year of Dolphins football! hope all is well with you bro!
I was going to bbq tonight, but the game is on at 5pm here and I like to cook between 5 and 6pm. Plus I've bbq'd the last two nights.. time for some Mexican take out. There's a restaurant close by that does a family meal deal (if you have a coupon it's like $7... otherwise it's $10). You get a whole chicken, sides of rice and beans, and at least 6 tortillas. I think they include chips and salsa too, and the food is fairly decent. Sorry to ruin the whole self cooking theme we have going on.
oh, saw a quote on twitter that Philbin named the following five players as having good camps: Miller, Egnew, Kaddu, Martin, Vernon... That leads me to believe that both Egnew and Kaddu are on the 53 as things stand right now. Of course, things can change. I'll be looking to update the 53 man roster thread at some point in the next 24 hours after tonight's game.
hah.. no... i didn't state the name of the restaurant... although... in San Antonio it's something you never forget.
looking forward to the dolphins returning home so that we can get the all dolphins tv crew the last two games... pity game 5 is so meaningless though.
Sometimes I feel like Philbin does this to encourage guys, like a "Trying Hard" ribbon for a special needs kid.
Less than an hour to go... Now I just need to find me a place to watch this game, or its tomorrow at 1pm for me.
Well, I'm going to be eating soonish... san marzano tomato sauce with bison and lamb meat over quinoa-corn pasta. accompanied by a russian river pinot noir with some balls to it.
Can bite the bullet and buy preseason live... Only way I'll get to watch from stl. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 4
I could enjoy that, but if we're talking trying to eat lean, then prolly not with a New York strip....garlic salt is nasty Fin...you can do better than that.. If we're talkin about a flank steak or something, then definitely a marinade is in order, take some garlic cloves, chop it up finely, then take some kosher salt right on top of the crushed garlic, then take the blade of the knife and start to smear the garlic and salt mixture into a paste, then throw that flank in a freezer bag, with that garlic salty paste, some lime zest, lil lime juice, some finely chopped ginger, chopped chili flakes if you like it spicy, a lil extra virgin, couple hours, hot grill, done.
Gotta say, I really enjoyed watching it through the NFL preseason thing. Looked great on my laptop retina display. Love the condensed version (just the plays)
No can do. Not available in Canada. All I can buy is a package from nfl.com for like 250... which is ridiculous since I already pay for sunday ticket through my satellite provider.
Ya as long as your connection is good it looks great. 250 bucks?! That's ****ing murder... Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 4
