Omar Kelly @OmarKelly 3m The Dolphins are in all white everything for those who want to COORDINATE (bang, bang, bang). Storm Troopers again... lovely.
I'm giving good advice for the vast majority of the human species. Studies are coming out slowly Fortunately I live with a woman who's been in the health profession for 20 years and researches tirelessly, then applies it to very demanding high end clients who expect the best. One of her dudes flies to Switzerland for one of his practitioners just because he's the best money can buy. That doesn't mean I am necessarily 'right' or that she is 'right' but I'm very confident in the research she does and so are her clientele, and I see the level of specialists they employ. So yeah, for most mainstream media, avoiding dairy is only for those diagnosed with lactose intolerance.. but give it a decade and you'll start hearing more and more about how dairy adversely affects those who are not majorly allergic too. Not everyone mind you, but most people. Along with several other 'offending foods' we don't handle well, in part because they have been so adulterated by the food industry from their natural form. End of the day... try it on yourself. Pull all dairy out of your diet for at least three weeks (all means checkin ingredients on everything to avoid whey, milk, cream, butter etc, even in the morning muffin) then add it all back into your diet and see what happens. Most people feel and see a difference.
Omar Kelly @OmarKelly 3m Lance Louis, the right guard the Dolphins signed in free agency, will be playing in his first game for Miami vs. the Texans tonight. Omar Kelly @OmarKelly 1m Dolphins QB Pat Devlin is dressed. I'm not sure he'll be playing, but your other option is Aaron Corp, who struggled in practice last week.

Dude, get a better cut so you don't gotta work so hard to break that mothergrabber's fibers down. Want lean? Go for Elk steak. Or venison chili.
Andrew Abramson @AbramsonPBP 34s Remember, while this is the 3rd preseason game, Dolphins have 5. Starters will play about a quarter tonight, half vs. Tampa next Saturday. Omar Kelly @OmarKelly 17s John Jerry is here, but is not dressed. He's clearly a few weeks away.
@OmarKelly: Dolphins rookie DE Dion Jordan is not playing tonight. He didn't practice all week because of his lingering shoulder issues. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 4
Hopefully Tristan O. #69 gets to show some more of what he can do with Jordan out... practice squad candidate.
I'd rather take the first row. No offense to anyone. I love it up here though. I must admit though, I went to alaska back in July... B-E A-UTIFUL! Edit: actually... there's no seats in the front row apparently. boo. Maybe as it gets closer.
went back and watched like the first half of the Jags game last night (from last week)... Spitler and Trusnik, not only do they do nothing on defense, they were absolute crap on special teams. I really want them replaced by somebody on the 53... anyone please step forward.
Definitely recommend Alaska to anyone... went on a week cruise last summer up there... it's really something you have to see to believe.
Yeah, but when Im already paying for Sunday ticket... $250 on top of that just for preseason is crazy.
OK that's not as bad I thought he meant just preseason... I swindled Sunday ticket max for less than the basic package. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 4
Exactly what we did for our honeymoon. Just incredible scenery. I think we're going to do it again in a few years, but this time get left in Alaska and spend a week touring through Denali National Park... Did your cruise take you through Glacier Bay National Park too? Crazy!
Dolphins game on the laptop, Jets game on TV. Got me some drinks and some food and I am READY. Looking for the offense to build on what they did in the Jaguars game. Let's go Dolphins!
Omar Kelly @OmarKelly 6m I've just watched JONAS GRAY take snaps as the starting tailback TWICE during warm up. Scratching my head on that one. Must be seeing things Omar Kelly @OmarKelly 5m Chandler Burden is working as the second team left guard, and Lance Louis is the second team right guard. Dallas Thomas is the RT. I'm guessing Yeatman at LT and Samuda at C??
Andrew Abramson @AbramsonPBP 2m PR announcer in press box announces "roster deletion: Dan Carpenter." Just like that. Such is life in the NFL.
Omar Kelly @OmarKelly 2m Let us think this thing out: IF Jonas Gray is on the bubble (he is) what better way to get a good evaluation than against Houston's starters looks like you Gray supporters will be happy, you get your wish with him behind the Dolphins first team offensive line.
i would LOVE it if the staff gave Grey a look with the ones!!!! Because it means they want to see if he can outproduce Daniel Thomas as our power back. And if he does, I pray Gillislee and Gray stay and DT leaves... though DT *has* looked a little better of late. Would be HUGE if Dallas Thomas took a step and looked good today.
Sanchez getting all the time in the world to throw against Jacksonville. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 4
If the Jets can play well against the Jags, we shouldn't be too elated about our own domination of them.
also from watching the Jags game again from last week, Ellerbe is a stud folks. He makes really sharp angles and if someone actually gets a hat on him, he won't stay blocked for very long. Really fast with his hands.. I would say Ellerbe is one violent mother ****er. He could be the best acquisition from the offseason.
Just awaiting the jets superbowl proclamations from troll central.... Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 4
LOVE Ellerbe moving forwards, but turning his hips to carry a TE up the seam.. be ready for a few TDs by TEs against us inside the 20.
well i think Omar is right, if Gray is on the bubble, throwing him in with the 1's is a way to find out if he can survive, or if his bubble bursts.
