Made some smoked fish dip with ahi tuna, lite mayo, capers, lemon.. Some fresh diced tomatoes marinating in garlic, basil, evoo, balsamic vinegar..always get firm heirloom tomatoes when possible...so good. Gonna put both on some crispy French garlic baguette.. Starters should be focusing on the browns, not the saints, take mental reps..
