Just looked at some extended weather forecasts for the Miami area and it looks like there is a good chance we get lucky and have it raining when the high powered Saints offense comes in.
This should help us tremendously. I think we win 3 out of 4 games against the Saints in a rainy environment. Drew Brees with his midget hands will have a lot of balls sail on him and we should be able to beat up on the Saints defense with our oline. Hope for rain and lets put some holes in those tarps. The closer we are to a mud bowl the better

I hope we get a minor hurricane lol so Brees cant pass all over us and they have to run. Seeing how we have a good run D. that would be huge

I don't know what weather forecast you are looking at, but not only would I say that there is NOT a good chance for rain next week, but I would say that there is a very good chance it doesn't.
First you must understand, most forecasts are derived from the GFS model and here is the latest run for Sunday at kickoff.
As you can see, there is no rain in the Miami area. Now the GFS is showing some light rain in the dawn times in Miami on Sunday, but it is all out of the area by noon.
Another thing to keep in mind is that seven days out in the volatile fall is very hard to project out for the models. One of the best secrets for most every Met is that you don't trust the models more than five days out and even then you should really only buy on big events 84 hours out when you start getting or not getting support from the NAM model (this is why I start my thread on Thursday in Club and not on Tuesday). You best bet is to look at the trend and see if it fits. It seems to be a rather dry week in South Florida with only a glancing chance at isolated chances.
My thread will be back this week on Thursday in the Club, expect an update then.dolfan7171, Frumundah Finnatic, TiP54 and 4 others like this. -

The rain would help us a lot, mud bowl. Do a rain dance! However, I dont want anyone getting injured going into the Jets game though.
-
The only way we win is if it rains heavy for 60 mins.

As long as it's not raining TDs on our secondary I can live with that.

According to doplar there is a good chance we will again regret not taking the midget handed quaterback instead of Daunte Coldpecker...but i digress...
-
I'm not going to lie, I'm downright frightened of what might happen to our secondary the way Brees played against the Giants, that was... wow, still at a loss for words.
If it rains though, we might have an edge there where we can keep the ball grounded. That'll turn it into the kind of game we want hopefully. But I suppose we'll see in time! -

Party pooper! :tongue2: -
dont' really care if it rains, but i do want hurricane winds ... at least then our secondary will have a chance !

See gameplan vs Colts. Rain or no rain, keep Brees off the field because he can make any defense pay.
