    $40-50 million you have got to be kidding me. I too feel for suicidal people but this is crazy. And people wonder how projects get in debt.

    Stupidest thing I ever heard. If someone wants to harm themselves they will have other means into doing it.

    I think the net catapults you back up onto the bridge like a trampoline.

    I assume they probably send in rescuers in all sincerity, down from the bridge and then they'll harness the person back up.

    They leave them there to starve to death, caught in the net. Just imagine Dolphins in a tuna net.

    If they manage to get out, then they sue the city for pain and suffering for getting tangled in the net.

    Also thats a stainless steel net, you're still have a good chance of breaking your neck once you land.
