ha, its sad when they even keep their own guys on hold, makes you feel bad for the decent guys who are technicians but they get the screaming and rants of mad customers when 9 times out of 10 its probably not their fault. ah well, c'est la service industry

I have comcast and hate it. Unfortunately its the only option here. And yes, they are a ****ty company, if you have a choice I strongly recommend not picking them.

i have Comcast for phone and internet but not cable, DIRECTV of course for the ticket.
i didnt read the article but when the tech was here installing it, he was always on hold waiting to talk with someone. i havent had any issues yet but i have only had it like 4 months so who knows.... -

That's pretty damn funny.
Feel bad for that tech guy who will probably get canned for this little display though.
I've had DirecTV for years now and never regreted leaving cable. -
