Rams acquired QB Bruce Gradkowski off waivers from the Buccaneers.
Gradkowski, 25, was a sixth-round pick in 2006. He has experience as a starter, but wasn't very good. His TD-to-INT ratio stands at 9-to-10 and his completion rate is only 54.0.
