Got some great news. I can't divulge any details right now as per the band's request, but I've been offered a chance to tour and record with an old friend of mine's new band. We're meeting in Arizona in January, we'll rehearse the material from the band's first album, and start out the tour on the West Coast for a bunch of dates. From what I hear it'll be Texas, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona and California before heading back east. The guitarist on the tour is a special guest musician who's played with a few big bands. After that, the touring band is supposed to become the permanent recording band...minus the special guest. So this is a possible career move. Keep your fingers crossed, and I'll take any and all prayers, positive thoughts, or anything else you want to throw my way! I'll fill you in on the details when I'm given the go ahead to do so.
Thanx everyone...I'm kinda jazzed at this opportunity. Hmmm...play different states, get paid, have people cheer....and party afterwards. Nah, think I'll stay working at the sign company I work for...... NOT!
I'm expecting you to star in the next "Decline and Fall of Western Civlization" documentary Pagan....out in the pool with the vodka... Good fortune be yours Bro.
Man...how sad was that scene? His poor mom looking at him. Hey...make it Grey Goose with pineapple and I'm there. Thanks again everyone...
definately keep us posted on the texas gig..if it's close will have to check it out and support a fellow metalhead. what popular band would you say your new band sounds more like? is it slipknot type stuff or motorhead type or other/none of the above.
Did you see that guy in Manilla who posted videos of himself on You Tube? He is now the new lead singer for Journey. He is an amazing singer. You just gotta make sure you never let anyone stop you from persuing your dream in life. Congrats and good luck Pagan.
