ahhhhh.....I am going to a mexican street festival tonight....
Mexican beer..and Mexican Food....
and yeah..I know I am not mexican...but who cares...just another reason to get drunk. -
Being from a small midwestern town, we don't do a lot of Cinco De Mayo celebrating. Most of our chances like this revolve around things like Memorial day, the Fourth of July, and Labor day.
That said, I'm not in my small midwestern town, I'm actually down near the Mexican border, in El Paso, Texas ... where apparently Cinco De Mayo is a much bigger deal. I'm trying to arrange my schedule so I can leave early and check out the festivities. -
I never understood why we celebrate Mexico's inpendence day?:confused2::confused2:
