Parcells is expected to meet with Cam today. Do you want Cam to be fired? What do you think Parcells will do with him?
-
-
Don't know.
No.
Fire him. -
This will be a day of hitting the refresh button early and often

-
Show him the door.
-
The longer we wait, the more likely Cam will stay.

I like Cam and i don't think he got a fair shake but look at the team this whole year. The players have started to revolt against Cam and it's starting to show. The fight on the air plane is a good example of how the it's the players vs. Cam.

Colorado Dolfan ...dirty drownin' man?

About 4:00PM and no news or talk about the Ireland interview or the meeting with Cameron. Odd.
-
If Atlanta hires Sparano, I don't see us getting a new HC...
-
Atlanta is a dysfunctional mess. I don't think Sparano would go there
-
People are just overreacting (including rampant media speculation) because Cam hasn't been fired yet. It's freaking Tuesday. Parcells always said a decision on Mueller would be made faster. I think Parcells is waiting to hire a GM before making a decision on Cam. His odds of returning are still very, very slim.

CAM CAM is a goner .....................
CAM had to have players exit meeting on Monday
Tuesday a interview w Ireland
Wednesday or Thursday i expect to see the dismissal of CAM -
-
yea I mean he doesn't have to fire him right away . . . . it was more important to settle the GM position first . . . because that person has the most work with preparing for the draft and looking at potential FA's . . . plus that person can also give input into the type of coach he wants in place w/ the players he wants to get . . . we have some time before making the decision on CAM.

1. Cameron had a players exit meeting on Monday, as in he talked to each player and went over their season, what they did well, and what they improved on. He didn't go out and say good bye to his players.
2. Ireland will be interviewed today, but that doesn't mean Cam will be gone. A new GM could mean a new HC, but it doesn't guarantee it.
3. You expect to see the dismissal of Cameron on Wednesday or Thursday? Based on your points, I wouldn't expect him to leave at all.
Cameron will be back IMO. -

From the Star-Telegram:
"There was some discrepancy about whether Ireland could immediately leave, or must wait until after the draft. Because Parcells will not have final say in personnel issues, it appears that Ireland could and will leave immediately." -

Based on the comments Ireland made, there's no doubt he wants to work with Parcells in Miami. He'd be moving to Miami right now if he could. I think it's a foregone conclusion that Ireland will be our next GM. He's the top guy on Parcells list and Bill really admires his talent
-

1.i know that...........lol
2.i expect Bill to react very fast ...
at this moment Bill knows if CAM IS His man(coach)
3.yes i do expect CAM to be let go (bill has stated that he would like
to make a quick decision so guy can be available for other jobs -
They are also the players who never bought into the Cam regime and with ine or two exceptions have been underperforming the entire year. The defensive coaching staff have been decidedly unimpressive too.
I can see arguments for Cam going or staying. I can see no argument that says that defence should not be entirely gutted and rebuilt from scratch. -
but a head coach he's avg at best
you as a FINS, which would you prefer
Bill finds and sign some 1 of his liking
or
Bill allow Cam cam to audition another season
if Cam is Bill guy then i hope he allow Cam time to mold the team
PS Cam is the head Coach he's responsible for the whole team not just the offense
it's his neck that on the line week in and out..................... -
Just because a player or player doesn't buy into a coaches plan doesn't mean the plan is wrong. If they don't want to play in that system just fire the coach right. the coach was hired to install his system if the player won't come on board get rid of them. plain an simple.

People are too quick to judge. The guy stuck around, didn't quit on us, and gave us his best that he knows how to. I think he has grown as a coach himself.Last edited: Jan 1, 2008 -
