Damn how crazy is that. The report said no foul play, drugs or alcohol. I wonder if maybe he had a heart condition and had an attack during a workout or something? Sad either way though, R.I.P.
this is terrible i thought he was going to be a very good player.he was a great athlete for such a large man . very sad day so close to fufilling his dream.thoughts go out to his family.
When athletes suddenly pass away like that, familiar hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. It's a common genetic disorder in the biochemistry of the heart that makes it too large for the body to handle. All of a sudden and BAM, lights out w/congestive heart failure. No warning, no signs.

Very very sad. I believe this is the same way of death the Niners O linemen had a few years ago. The lbs. put on for linemen is ridiculous. I wonder if teams will start mulling over weight limits for linemen, so you dont get these guys out of hand and end up like Shaun Rogers or Ted Washington or worse.
There goes my mock draft. I had us taking him with our 2nd pick in the 2nd round. He had a lot of upside. Such a sad tragedy.
