That poor poor man, a plastic jet on his head, with his son, watching the Jest lay an egg. You can see why Jest fans are neurotic, can you imagine what the kid is thinking? "Dad brought me out to opening day at a brand new stadium, wearing a hat with a plastic jet on it, and they sucked, this is a day I'll never forget" Kid's memory will be scarred forever.
Wasnt this right before their possible game winning drive? I would think they would be more excited, maybe they had a gut feeling.
I was laughing my butt off when I saw that I have a friend that prints tee-shirts and I'm thinking of getting him to make me one that says....... I hate the fu**ing Jets. But it would say the full word. I wonder if anyone here would want one??
LOL. that was funny. they showed the same guy early on in the game, and he was cheering/shouting. then reality sunk in.....

I was just talking about this exact picture from the game earlier at work with a Pats fan who missed the game. I think Patton Oswalt could do a whole set of comedy on this one picture that would rival his "KFC Famous bowl" bit.

I hope someone, during the course of the season, walks up to him and takes off his hat, and stomps on it. And tells him he looks like a f***ing moron. Actually I hope he takes his Schwinn and makes the trip to Miami for the game next week. I wanna see it happen in person.
Captain jet? If that had not been posted, I'd never have believed it, there really is a mope in NJ who calls himself "Captain Jet" and wears a hat with a plastic jet on it. Being a Jest fan should be classified as a mental illness.
