    haven't read anything about a 4.3 40 ??????
    everything I read
clocked him much slower between 4.5 & 5.0

    just read it 4.39/40
    5'11" 208 lbs
    defensive back, WR & ReturnMan
this may be a genuine diamond in the rough
& just what the coach needed
will be interesting to watch his development

Good to see the Phins getting a little love when it comes to the draft, been a while since we have gotten any.

odrick, misi, jerry, carrol all could be starters or significant contributors as rookies. thats awesome!

not to mention, clemmons, davis, smith, henne, long, d. thomas, langford, wake (not a draft pick but a risky fa move)

This front office knows what its doing!

Meh, weak strong. It's the "it" factor that matters.

Doesn't matter how fast you are on the track, what matters is how fast you are in pads when the other guy wants to hit you into tomorrow [ref. Ginn, Ted Jr.]

Great read there. I am so glad we have Carroll on our team instead on having to deal with him on someone else's team. We could finally relax knowing that anytime, he could take it to the house!!

Since he is a DB I doubt he would avoid contact. Although it would be funny to see him run over someone on the way to the endzone.

I thought Carroll was pretty good when he was up against the 2nd-teamers in the first preseason game.

This last one where he had to face the first-teamers he did not do as well. I really like the kid, but he's still a project at this point in time IMO.

Really hope Carroll turns out to be a gem. Otherwise I have a feeling we'll end up getting rid of Ginn for only a 5th. Especially if Carroll can't cut it as a returner.

    And Edds next season.

So that's possibly 3 starters, and 2 major contributors from one draft.

Well until he gets up to speed, he could dominate special teams returning kicks:up:

We shoulda kept Nate at this rate.

Ginn and Cammy for Carroll and Sapp.........and we still don't know what we have at the nickel.

True but I don't to want to see a defensive player avoid contact on our team. I mean, why play defense if you don't want to hit someone???
