Indiana - Lower! Don't think any explanation is necessary.
Miami - Lower but only by one. I think Miami might surprise a good few people. Miami might manage 2nd but I think the East will surprise a lot. As long as Wade and Bosh stay healthy.
Toronto - Lower, maybe 4th. Don't think they've really improved whereas other teams have.
Chicago - Higher. Definite roster improvement. Rose needs to stay healthy. Could go top.
Washington - Higher or the same. Liked these guys. No massive roster improvement but I think chemistry here is a big factor and so they should be better this year.
Brooklyn - Same. Not convinced by these guys.
Charlotte -
Atlanta - Higher. A lot. 3rd or 4th, maybe even higher if Horford can stay on the court and be his former self. My second sleeper team behind the Knicks.
New York - Higher. Playoffs. Sleeper pick? Melo needs to stay healthy but again a good chance to go up top.
Cleveland - Higher but low to mid playoffs at best I think.
