1.) QB Sage Rosenfels- $1,350,000- Good Back-up QB. Has a problem managing games, but has a very live arm and can make most NFL throws. 2.) HB Steve Slaton- $385,000- One of the best up and coming backs in the NFL. Explosive game changing back that is old 23 years old. Averaged 4.8 Yards a Carry and got 1,282 yards and 9 Touchdowns in 2008. 3.) HB Ahmad Green- $4,800,000- More of a pound it out kind of runner. Would do better in a backfield were he isn't the primary back. Averaged 4.0 a carry and had 3 TD's. 4.) DE Anthony Weaver- $3,500,000- At 6'3 280 he is your proto-type 3-4 DE. He had 45 Tackles last year and an Interception. Could be a monster in a 3-4 holding up blockers and eating up space. 5.) LB Morlon Greenwood- $4,768,000 Former Dolphin LB, had a down year last year. Could still have a lot left in the tank. 6.) CB Dunta Robinson-Future Franchise Tag- I am not going to let one of the top Corners in the league walk away without getting some compensation. I will tag him and then trade him. Has had some slight injuries, but is primed for a great year. 7.) DT Travis Johnson- $1,030,000- At a former top 15 pick he has not necessarily lived up to his expectations. A change in scenary could do wonders for him. Had 29 Tackles, 1 Sack, 2 PD, and 1 FF last year. 8.) OT- Eric Winston- $2,000,000- From "da U". Has been a started on the Texans O-Line since his rookie season 3 years ago. I want to change the type of OL the Texans have. 9.) OG- Chester Pitts- $4,380,000- Has been one of the better Guards in the League the last two season, but is overlooked because he plays for the Texans. Last Year he only committed 2 total Penalties and allowed 2.5 sacks. Great in the run game. 10.) DT Amobi Okoye- $630,000 Very Cheap good player. He is ONLY 21 YEARS OLD!!! He did great his first year with 32 Tackles and 5.5 Sacks, but hit the "sophomore slump" and only got 24 Tackles, 1 Sack and 2 PD. As his body matures look for him to get even better. He STILL is a young man in a grown-ups league. 11.) WR Andre Johnson- $5,325,000 Here is the treat for you all still looking at the players on the block. Andre is one of the top 3 WR in this League and would be a great addition to any team. I have been called a "fence sitter" because I have stated if I don't get a great deal for him I won't trade him; well you could still consider me a Fence Sitter because I haven't changed that stance. Let the Auction begin NOW, lol . Mario Williams is in a similar category of Andre Johnson. He could be had, but only if you are willing to part with A LOT of talent and/or draft picks. Seahawks like TE Owen Daniels and Andre Johnson and Steve Slaton. We do have the #4 overall pick in this years draft.
Certainly an interest in Johnson, if we can't work anything out for him then would be interested in Jacoby Jones.
