He had a torn bicep injury in 2014 but that shouldn't affect him this season. He played really well in 2013. He might be worth a look to add some depth at CB. He's 6' 2" which would add some size. Charlotte offered a reported 1 year deal $2 million deal that includes a $1 million signing bonus and up to $500,000 in playing-time incentives.

For that price, he's worth a look. PFF had him listed as a "secret superstar' at one point (Same for Brice McCain a few years back, who should play well in our system at nickle). I'm not super familiar with him or Jacksonville's system. PFF said he played a 3rd of his snaps in press coverage. How is his zone coverage?
