I have never seen such bad officiating then these past two Dolphins games against the Pats and Bengals. At least the controversial calls that went for us , the Hartline catch and the Wake safety were close as hell. But 3 calls that helped a failing Pats Team , especially the illegal batting of the ball , and the hartline offensive Pass inference call recently against the Bengals were not even close. Seems to me like they made it up as they went along. They were BLANTANT mis calls. What is being done about them? I know that Philbin is a puss when it comes to matters like this. I believe these past two weeks have risen to a level were the public needs to be involved. I can understand 1 blown call. Close calls. Its part of it all. But again , the past two weeks have been out of the ordinary , boarding on Anti Miami pules through out the NFL. Did Ross Piss off more then just the Florida law makers? Whats being done because it seems like even beat writers are afraid to write about it.

It's not anti-Miami. It's not a conspiracy. To think otherwise is just plain silly. These refs make a lot of mistakes. we have just been unlucky that we had a few that were critical. That doesn't mean that Brady doesn't get the benefit of doubt on a lot of calls, because he does. It's what comes with being a superstar.

But these were not even close calls. They were blatant made up calls that cost Miami a game. It needs to be dealt with. I agree the refs in the Pats games need to be sent back to a lower realm of officiating. Too much at stake to have such bad errors at this level.DPlus47 likes this.

Blown calls happen, it's part of the game. I don't put too much stock in it though.

Im watching the chargers redskins game and they just called offensive PI against the chargers negating a catch and creating a 1st and 20 situation. Thing about the call is that the defender was playing off of the WR and there was zero contact between them. No contact yet the refs called PI???? Its a total crap product the NFL is giving its fans.
Its not just Miami that gets these mind boggling calls. The NFL need to do something about the officiating but they wont until there is enough fans turning off their TVs over it.xphinfanx, OkiePhin and GreysonWinfield like this. -

it's interesting watching the KC/Beefalo game there was a similar play and the Beefalo defender shoved the ball back away from the line of scrimmage and no flag on that call. he was standing up and much more clearly in my mind was knocking the ball away...
